01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 7sgames ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7sgames website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the 7sgames website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 7sgames Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7sgames Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 7sgames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino gaming.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7sgames, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7sgames or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not included on any list of excluded or prohibited persons maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

7sgames reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 7sgames, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 7sgames customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7sgames reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. The Company also reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to reallocate or forfeit any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of the one-account rule.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 7sgames account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Payments

7sgames accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are legally obtained and belong to you.
• You are not using the 7sgames Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• The payment method you are using is registered in your own name and you are the authorized user of that payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your 7sgames account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions. 7sgames is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

7sgames does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit via a prohibited method will be declined and the funds returned to the originating account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.
• 7sgames reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. 7sgames is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

7sgames reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

7sgames offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bon uses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• 7sgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 7sgames management is final.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7sgames Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on 7sgames are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer operations conducted in professional studio environments. Game results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7sgames will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned.
• 7sgames reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or where the outcome was influenced by factors outside normal game operation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 7sgames is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7sgames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using any software, tool, or method to interfere with the normal operation of the 7sgames Platform, including but not limited to hacking, reverse engineering, or deploying malware.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your 7sgames account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 7sgames staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 7sgames support immediately.

09 Responsible Gaming

7sgames is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7sgames Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

By using the 7sgames Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to use the responsible gaming tools available to you.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

7sgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to a hold for investigation purposes.

Players may also voluntarily close their 7sgames account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7sgames and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any content, information, or material published on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes.

The 7sgames Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

7sgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.
• 7sgames does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine law, including AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7sgames Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, players may submit a formal complaint to 7sgames customer support. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible. The decision of 7sgames management on game-related disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7sgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7sgames will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 7sgames website. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the 7sgames Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
